  • Standard recruitment process of screening, interviewing, qualifying, shortlisting, verification checks, behavioural/personality assessment if required, etc
  • When client proceeds with the applicant, organise the process for contract signing and lead time/events for placement
  • Engage in visa application process if required
  • Coordinate any relocation of applicant and family if applicable
  • Commence job placement and induction
  • Continuous engagement with the client regarding performance of placement
  • Ongoing engagement with the placed candidate to ensure the role met their expectations and any critical employment issues are promptly and appropriately addressed
